what is the pomodoro technique?
the pomodoro technique was created by francesco cirillo to enhance productivity while working and studying. traditionally, each study session (a pomodoro) occurs in 25 minute intervals, separated by short, 5 minute breaks. once four pomodoros are completed, take a longer, 20 to 30 minute break. following this technique will help limit distractions, eliminate burnout, and increase overall productivity.
